A Great Opportunity to see the latest in Risk Minimisation and Performance Improvement at the Total PPMA Exhibition, NEC Birmingham

A Great Opportunity to see the latest in Risk Minimisation and Performance Improvement at the Total PPMA Exhibition, NEC Birmingham

You’ll find us, Harford Control, on stand C120 and that we have a very different approach to integrated performance improvement.

Don’t visit our stand if you want to be sold to, you will be disappointed. We believe that in addition to being informative, exhibitions should be fun both for yourselves and us. That’s why you won’t find another boring production line but a train set pretending to be one, clearly demonstrating, in a fun way, the benefits of integrated OEE, Paperless Quality Management, Yield Management, Automated Label Verification, Short Interval Control and even Machine Vision to eliminate even more production risk.

Not only do we have an integrated production tool kit, but we have the consultancy and support to ensure optimisation. We believe that Effective Production Intelligence is based upon two things: accurate and up to date information and interpretation. We specialise in both; which is why we have such a great following amongst our users from fish, ready meals, dips, vegetable produce, spirit bottling, cheese, milk, bakery, fruit juice, cosmetics, toiletries and pharmaceuticals. In fact any company keen to both minimise production risk and improve production performance within the same integrated system, without the paper but with full and instant traceability.

But that’s not all. Our iconic train set/production line set-up has had a major make over this year deploying our brand new American style freight train. We make no apology for bringing a bit of light-hearted fun to a very serious subject.

In addition this year, to our well established and integrated compliance control and performance improvement solutions, we have taken Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Optical Character Verification (OCV) to a new high level of accuracy, leading the way in on line vision systems. OCR and OCV are always the most demanding of vision control applications, especially in the reading and verification of inkjet printing but persistence during the past 4 years has really paid off, such that we now know that we can support even the most challenging of vision applications without compromise.

Apart from the chance to win a bottle of champagne why not visit our stand and share with us your special objectives, whilst finding out a little more about just a few of our successful case histories.
