HVDS will be exhibiting at Foodex 2020 at the NEC, Birmingham, at the end of March, and will be showcasing its audit-compliant air filtration and ventilation services for the food industry. For 2020, the UK’s leading Indoor Air Quality solutions supplier will be taking a much bigger stand than in previous years. This is due to the massive expansion of the business over the last 18 months and the fact that HVDS now offers an all-in-one solution. HVDS Food Industry Air Filtration & Ventilation Consultant, Tony Carvell, explains,
“We want to show people all we can offer. We’re not just about changing filters in your air handling system. We now offer a full air management service to food manufacturers, including system installation, air quality surveys, dust extraction and HVAC and LEV system cleaning, repair and maintenance – in fact, everything you need for audit compliance.”
This will be the third time that HVDS has taken part in the show, which is targeted at food manufacturing professionals. The specialist team at HVDS have been providing Indoor Air Quality services for over 40 years and work with over 100 food manufacturers in the UK and Ireland, to meet their air handling and dust extraction needs. The company’s robust solutions help keep food safe to BRCGS standards and ensure clean air in the workplace for employees in accordance with COSHH regulations. Tony, who has supported some of the most well-known UK brands with their air quality, says,
“We know how confusing Indoor Air Quality requirements can be, but the knock-on effects of poor air quality can be damaging – not only to your processes, but also to your brand and your profit.”
HVDS works closely with its customers to ensure that there is minimal disruption to production when any air handling work is carried out. The team also help sites meet their cost reduction targets.
One of the most important aspects of the service for HVDS customers is full and accurate reporting. For complete peace of mind, all documents, from risk assessments to surveys, and from hygiene reports to installation reports, are uploaded to the customer portal where everything is accessible 24/7 on the HVDS app.
Working in partnership with BRCGS, HVDS is also an Avetta accredited supplier for its dust extraction services and engineers are trained to the highest standards in their specialist areas.
The team will be on hand at Foodex to answer any questions.
“We’re here to help and happy to be of assistance to anyone responsible for clean air, food safety and health and safety in their production facility. If you have a question about air management, come along and have a chat.”
HVDS will be exhibiting on stand J201, Hall 20 at Foodex, 30th March to 1st April, at the NEC, Birmingham.
