Independent spirit producer Maison Villevert have secured an exclusive in-store retail agreement with Booths supermarket to launch their latest spirit; the second addition to their June by G’Vine collection of elegant fruit gins, June Royal Pear & Cardamom.
June by G’Vine is part of the G’Vine family of drinks; a selection of ultra-premium gins made with grape rather than the traditional grain such as wheat and barley resulting in a more fresh, smooth and rounded taste.

The striking bottle will sit perfectly alongside the June Wild Peach and Summer Fruits that we launched last year and continues our reputation of sourcing an exciting and varied choice to our Booths customers,” says Pete Newton, Spirits Buyer, Booths.
June Royal Pear & Cardamom will launch this summer priced at £25 for 50 cl size carried exclusively at all 27 Booths stores across Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cumbria, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. Vibrant notes of fresh pear are enhanced by a base note of cardamom in this unique spirit that gives way to the smooth spice bouquet of G’Vine Floraison comprising juniper, ginger, cubeb berry, green cardamom, coriander, quassia amara, liquorice, lime and nutmeg all elevated by the addition of the floral vine flower.
The Perfect Serve:
June Pear Mule:
50 ml June gin Pear & Cardamom
100 ml Premium ginger beer or ginger ale
2 dashes orange bitters
Fill a large glass with ice. Stir the ice cubes with a spoon. Pour 50 ml of June gin. Add premium ginger beer or ginger ale and decorate with a fresh pear slice or lime wedges.
60 ml June gin Pear & Cardamom
10 ml lime juice
30 ml Dry white wine
40 ml Premium soda water
In a tumbler glass filled with ice, pour the ingredients and top with 40 ml of soda water. Stir gently with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lime slices.
