Exhibiting space selling out fast for BevExpo 2019

Some of the biggest names in the beverage industry have acquired stand space at this year’s BevExpo. Combining seminars and an exhibition – the two-day trade-only event will be held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on the 25th and 26th June.

BevExpo (incorporating Cellar to Seller and BrewEx) brings all sectors of the beverage industry together. It enables manufacturers, suppliers and brand owners to meet, network, learn, and celebrate excellence throughout the supply chain.

Hosting some of the industry’s most prominent operators, among others, the 2019 exhibition line-up already includes The Institute of Brewing and Distilling and Soft Drinks International.

Commenting on the super-sized event, which has seen over 450sqm of floor space sold already, Ruth Evans, Chief Executive at BFBi, said: “Since its inception in 2016, BevExpo has quickly become the go-to event for the beverage industry. This year, the Expo is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever, not least because we have seen an unprecedented demand for exhibition space with over 100 companies expected to take part.

She added: “Crucially, because BevExpo is about the sharing of knowledge as much as the promotion of products and services, exhibiting companies also have the opportunity to present and contribute to BevExpo’s seminar programme which will run alongside the exhibition. This helps the entire industry to learn from each other and uncover exciting opportunities during a period of innovation and transformation.  

“With BevExpo one of the most important dates in the calendar for everyone involved in the beverage sector, our message to anyone who hasn’t yet signed up is to do so fast. You don’t want to miss the chance to get your brand in front of hundreds of senior delegates!”

As well as exhibitors, visitors planning to attend BevExpo 2019 are also being encouraged to register and secure their pass. Drinks manufacturers can attend free of charge while suppliers to the industry will be charged a £50 fee.

Adding some fun to the registration process, visitors who sign up and attend BevExpo 2019 are also in with the chance to win some great prizes including an iPad, a flat screen TV, and a set of Sony headphones.

A new Book & Meet system has also been launched this year. This handy tool allows registered delegates to book appointments directly with exhibiting companies.

In addition to the main seminar and exhibition, the Dhillon’s social evening will let exhibitors and attendees of BevExpo 2019 enjoy some of the best craft beer in the world in a relaxed and tasteful atmosphere. Tickets cost £24 and include two free drinks, food and entertainment. Tickets to the Dhillon’s social evening can be purchased at the event, when registering online or on the door.
