- 60ml Clamato juice
- 30ml vodka
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 3 dashes salt and pepper
- 1 fresh celery stick
- 1 lime wedge to garnish
- Shake all ingredients (except the lime wedge) with ice
- Single strain
- Serve in a tall glass with ice & garnish with the lime wedge, a clam or whatever takes your fancy
